EDDYZ Shipping Policies


PAYMENT

EDDYZ accepts payments via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Upon receipt of your order, a standard pre-authorization check is conducted to verify that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. The payment will be finalized once the order has been prepared for shipment. If any discrepancies or omissions are identified in the billing or shipping information, we will contact you to confirm the details prior to dispatch.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from EDDYZ. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please review the following policies carefully.

a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, if customer has sent the complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).

c. The products need to be returned to EDDYZ if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.

To be eligible, items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted. Returns or exchanges are not permitted for final sale or non-returnable items, as specified on the product page.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@eddyzshoes.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.


SALES TAX

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to the following states: AR, CO, D.C., GA, HI, IL, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, and WI.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow up to five (5) business days for order processing and verification. Delivery times typically range from seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.


ORDER TRACKING

An order confirmation email will be sent upon placement of your order. Once your order has shipped, a separate email will be sent containing shipment tracking information.


QUANTITY LIMITATIONS

Due to limited inventory on select items, EDDYZ reserves the right to limit purchases to one or a limited number of unit(s) per style for certain products. These restrictions will be noted on applicable product pages.


ITEM AVAILABILITY

Product availability on EDDYZshoes.com is subject to change without notice.

To stay informed about product launches, restocks, and exclusive offers, we encourage customers to subscribe to our newsletter during account registration. If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
